We are now registered and approved growth accelerator coaches and growth voucher advisers. These are both government backed funding schemes that are available to help you to improve your business by identifying factors that are holding you back. This very much fits with our Wilds ethos of helping you to achieve your ambitions.
How does GrowthAccelerator work?
GrowthAccelerator will help you review your business’s current position and define a bespoke growth plan specific to its needs – unlocking potential for further growth – faster.
Your growth plan will focus on one of three core areas: Access to Finance, Business Development or Growth Through Innovation. All three are supported by coaching, workshops and masterclasses. A GrowthAccelerator Growth Coach will lead your coaching sessions – he or she will be an expert with a proven track record in helping small and medium sized companies to accelerate and sustain their growth.
And as part of the GrowthAccelerator high-growth community, you’ll meet and network with other liked-minded businesses and growth experts who have already experienced or are experiencing the successes you’ve achieved and the challenges you are facing.
You’ll also have exclusive access of up to £2,000 match funding for your senior managers to hone their leadership and management skills, getting your team in the best possible shape to drive your business forward.
Is Growth Accelerator right for me?
To be eligible for GrowthAccelerator, your business must be registered in the UK and based in England, have fewer than 250 employees and have a turnover of less than £40m.
Not every eligible business will be suitable. GrowthAccelerator exclusively targets high growth businesses who want to enter their next growth phase and have the potential and determination to get there. If it does sound like your business and you commit to the support they give, GrowthAccelerator will help your business grow faster.
Growth vouchers programme
The Enterprise Nation Marketplace is part of the government’s £30m Growth Vouchers programme, which is a research project to test how best to help small businesses grow through the use of subsidised business advice.
Some businesses will be randomly chosen to get a voucher for up to £2,000 to help pay for business support in one of the specialist areas – notably finance and cashflow or leadership and management.
The Growth Vouchers programme is available to small businesses in England who have been trading for at least one year, have 49 employees or less and have not sought strategic business advice before in the last three years
Both of these schemes are based on match funding.
