Junior Office Administrator – 37.5 Hours a week
To Provide an effective and efficient general administrative service.

To undertake general administrative duties, such as:
• Holiday Cover for Phones
• Maintaining Customer Records on our Business Information Systems
• Direct Debit and Billing Holiday Cover
• Assisting the organisation of marketing activities and similar events
• Recording the information against targets each month
• Attending our quarterly Crossroads evening event to welcome clients, issue name badges
• Maintaining the website and App
• Handling of Confidential Information
